Chagos Island Community Association
As a community association, CICA dedicates itself to making our people�s stay in the UK a productive one. We offer services to help people with issues such as employment, health, housing and educational opportunities, until such time as a return to our native islands (as granted by British courts in successive court cases) becomes an actuality and people are at liberty to choose whether to return to our former home or to remain in Britain.
